Introduction of Topic
This weekend we have a mixed session on the interesting concept of 'Johari Window'. Mr Jay Dholakia would initiate the session with explaination of the concept, which will be followed by an discussion on experiences in order to understand the nitty-gritties of using it.
Johari window is a cognitive tool used by Psychologists to manage SELF effectively. A Johari window is a cognitive psychological tool created by Joseph Luft and Harry Ingham in 1955 in the United States. It is used to help people better understand their interpersonal communication and relationships. If this concept is applied to various aspects of "Project Management" can it help to improve vital statistics of the “Project”?
